HOME DELIVERY & COLLECTION
To place an order for home delivery or collection go to the 'shop' section of the website, select all the items you would like and choose an available delivery / collection slot, pay using our secure checkout.
If you choose from our range of bulk products select the amount you need, the products will come to you in paper bags or glass jars. You can return the empty jars with your next order for us to use again.
Each delivery will be charged a £2 delivery charge.
You can also place an order by sending us a message with your phone number and we can help you place your orders over the phone.
If a product you want to order is unavailable we can assist you with choosing an alternative, we can also let you know when the item will be available again.
Orders over £30 will not be charged a delivery charge.
We will always aim to refund the amount of the product or replace it in your next order and are happy to resolve any issues with you.
Please let us know within 48 hours of completing your order if you have received a damaged product or incorrect item.
If you purchased a faulty item with us, you have the right for a refund. If the item is faulty and you have proof of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Change of mind
If you purchased a product and changed your mind and wish to return the item, we can only give you full refund if the below criteria is met:
You have proof of purchase
You are returning the item within 7 days of purchase
Only reusables and hygiene products coming in packaging, unused and unopened can be refunded in full
Refunds are paid back to the card you used to complete your purchase online within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges on deliveries/collections
We will always aim to refund the amount of the product or replace it in your next order and are happy to resolve any issues with you. We will not refund purchases of food where you have changed your mind or purchased the incorrect item.
